About Our Staff
At Veteran's Cleaning Service, our staff is our greatest asset. We feel it is our mission to make sure that everyone who has access to our clients facilities and residences are trustworthy and upstanding. 

Our clients are extremely important to us, and by making sure that we have top-notch service providers, we give our clients service that outshines the competition.

We utilize a comprehensive recruiting program to ensure that we have the most professional and highly trained staff in the industry.

We take significant measures in the selection process prior to the hiring of individuals aspiring to join our elite team. All candidates undergo a lengthy screening process and must sign an authorization to agree to a thorough background check.  

Our Hiring Process

Screen Applications: All applications will be extensively and thoroughly screened and references will be checked.

Preliminary Interview: Candidates selected will take part in a two in-person interview to discuss possible employment opportunities.

Criminal & Fingerprint Background Check: All candidates will be screened via background check similar to the process recruits undergo prior to joining the military. This includes: motor vehicle licenses, court records, and criminal convictions. Once the background check is completed and clean, only then will the applicant go through orientation and training.

Medical Examination: Candidates will partake in a medical examination to ensure physical fitness. This examination will include Drug Testing. WE ARE AND CONTINUE TO BE A DRUG FREE COMPANY.

Appointment Letter: Following acceptance of the position, the newly appointed employee will receive an official letter from the founders of Veteran's Cleaning Service, LLC, welcoming them to our team.

At Veteran's Cleaning Service, LLC, we provide 2 weeks training for all cleaning staff with our “Cleaning to Perfection” programs, as well as DVD training. We require all staff members to undergo safety and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) training on an on-going basis to maintain our high standards. All of our staff members are kept up to date on new cleaning equipment, diverse cleaning techniques, and chemical usage. Quality audits will take place on a daily basis by an on-site supervisor to ensure the high quality of work is being maintained.

Once a staff member has been assigned to your facility or residence, that same staff member will provide services on a regular basis. You will be notified in advance should a replacement staff member has been assigned to your facility or residence.
